Sliding table for the circular saw

I have been using the Bosch GTS 10 xc for a few years now. While it is certainly one of the best saws in its class, it also has some drawbacks.

In general, I miss a compact saw with a reasonable sliding table on the market. But well, if they don't exist, I build something for myself.

The result is a combination of solid Chinese linear guides and 40mm aluminium groove profiles. Overall, I am very satisfied with the solution. It allows very precise and repeatable cuts.
